Three levels of experience

Every professional sits in one of three levels, so you know exactly who to expect.

SStandardOne to two years' experience, apprentices, or previous nursery or primary school experience.
EExperiencedLevel 2 or 3 qualified, with two to five years in an early years or school setting.
SpSpecialistLevel 3 qualified with six years or more, plus a specialism such as SEND, speech and language or behaviour, or leadership experience.

Who employs the professional?

We do. Our professionals are paid through our payroll, so you don't deal with their tax, holiday pay or pension. You receive one invoice from us.

What checks will you share with us?

Proof of each professional's Enhanced DBS, ID and right-to-work checks, references, qualifications and training certificates, ready for your single central record. They'll also bring their original DBS certificate on their first day.

Can your professionals count towards our ratios?

We'll confirm each professional's qualifications and paediatric first aid before they arrive, so you can plan your ratios with confidence.

Can we hire someone permanently?

Yes. If you'd like to take a professional on permanently, we offer temp-to-perm and permanent recruitment. We'll explain the fee clearly before you decide.
