The right level of experience for your child

Every professional sits in one of three levels, so you know what to expect before they arrive.

SStandardWarm, reliable professionals with nursery, school or early-years experience.
EExperiencedLevel 2 or 3 qualified, with two to five years in an early-years or school setting.
SpSpecialistLevel 3 qualified with six years or more, and a specialism such as SEND, speech and language, sleep or behaviour.

How are professionals checked?

Every professional has an enhanced DBS check, two verified references, ID and right-to-work checks, and an interview with our team before we put them forward.

Can I choose who comes?

Yes. We send you profiles of professionals who suit your family, and you decide who to go ahead with. You can meet them over a video call first, if you wish.

What if my child has additional needs?

Our Specialist professionals have SEND experience, and our SEND team is happy to talk things through first at sen@littlevillagevcgroup.com.

Where do you cover?

London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Kent.
