Nanny Placements

One family. One dedicated professional.

A nanny placement isn't a booking — it's a relationship. We find, vet, and employ a nanny built around your family specifically, so your child gets the same trusted face every single day.

How It's Different

Not the same as booking a sitter

Ad-hoc bookings are about covering a gap. A nanny placement is about building an ongoing part of your family's life — which is exactly why it works differently, legally and practically.

A dedicated contract, built for the relationship

A nanny placement runs on its own Nanny Employment Contract — separate from the flexible Worker Agreement we use for ad-hoc bookings — built for an ongoing, regular role in one home.

By UK rules, a nanny can work for one family, or up to two by agreement, without needing to register as a childminder with Ofsted. Beyond that, different regulations apply — so we keep every placement structured properly from day one.

What You Get

Everything an ad-hoc booking gives you, plus what a real placement needs

01

Specialist-level professionals

Nanny placements are matched from our Specialist tier as standard — Level 3 qualified, 6+ years' experience, genuinely capable of an ongoing role.

02

We're the legal employer

Contract, payroll, tax, National Insurance, pension — all handled by us, under the correct nanny-specific agreement.

03

Properly vetted, every time

Enhanced DBS, right-to-work checks, two references verified in person, paediatric first aid.

04

Ongoing welfare check-ins

We don't place a nanny and disappear. Regular check-ins on your child and the environment, especially early in a new placement.

05

Verified to drive, if needed

Only ever with the correct business insurance in place, checked and proven by us — never assumed.

06

Matched to your family specifically

A placement is chosen around your child's needs and your household — not just whoever happens to be available.

Nanny Rates

A tier for wherever your family's needs sit

Specialist

Level 3 qualified with 6+ years' experience, often with SEN, speech and language, or behaviour support specialism.
