on every placement
Good childcare
is never one person
We place vetted childcare professionals with families, nurseries and schools across the UK and keep everyone inside a community that carries on long after the placement starts.
Enhanced DBS on every placement
Checked before anyone is put forward to you. No exceptions, no pending.
Paediatric first aid certified
Current certification held by the practitioners on our register.
Public liability insurance and more
Cover in place for the work we arrange. Certificate available on request.
Three ways in. One standard
Families
Nannies, childminders and after-school cover — matched on temperament and your child’s needs, not just who is free.
Tell us what you need →Professionals
Steady work, pay you can see before you accept, and a peer network rather than a shift app.
Join the register →Nurseries & schools
Cover and permanent recruitment, with every practitioner’s checks documented and shared with you.
Request a rate card →Childcare that develops, not just supervises.
Anyone can watch a child. The people we place bring a real skill into the booking, chosen to match what your child already loves.
Baking
Early maths, patience, and pride in making something.
Gardening
Curiosity, responsibility, time outdoors.
Sensory play
Focus, calm, early development.
Music
Rhythm, confidence, joy.
A second language
A head start that lasts a lifetime.
If your child has additional needs, start here.
You have probably had to explain your child to a stranger more times than you should have. We ask first, we write it down, and we only put forward people who have done it before.
More about SEND support →- Practitioners with SEND training and lived experience on the register
- Experience with autism, ADHD and Down’s syndrome specifically
- Makaton and other communication support where it is needed
- Matching that starts from your child’s needs, not our availability
